We sometimes do purchase entire estates. Many variables are considered in doing so, it would be a negotiation after assessing the value of the items in the estate.

We usually need approximately five weeks from start to finish if we are conducting an auction for the estate.  If we are conducting an in-person sale at a property we need at least three weeks from the time we sign a contract to completion. Much of the timing depends on the amount there is to be sold.

We won’t provide an estimate as to what a sale or auction will bring. We can make an educated guess. Normally we do not ask for any deposit, we pay the expenses including advertising, staff, travel and fees. So in the end the customer gets a check and pays nothing out of pocket.
