Description: Gouache on paper of a young man with a horse which is saddled, with a bedroll, in the midst of the desert Southwest of the USA. In a style established by Begay, Robert Chee, and other Diné artists, the fine execution of line and color were perfected by Harrison in this, his middle period of production, the early 1970s. Archival mat in three layers with a textured top mat capped by museum glass and a simple black frame. Please see pictures for condition details as the photos are considered part of the description.
