Carved animal fetish necklace, Southwest Zuni style, c. late 20th century. Hand-carved animals in bone, including birds, fish, bears, and a large standing bear as the centerpiece. Painted eyes in black, details incised and stained. 34 inches long with a 17-inch drop, wrapped-cord strand with no clasp. No maker’s mark found. Warm aged patina with light surface wear.
