Signed and dated on verso “Sterling #17 Ed Morgan 1978”. Ed Morgan was an artist who was well-regarded for his ability to execute extremely fine detail in his work, which is evident in the intricate feather patterns and expressions on this piece. Red and white stone eyes accent the brooch which is crafted from .925 sterling silver and often features oxidized accents to highlight the depth of the etching.
